WOW!! What a great addition to our small community! Taste-O-Texas is outstanding! The restaurant is very clean, the staff is super friendly and goes the extra mile in offering suggestions and to make sure you are pleased. The brisket is to die for!! When I placed a carry out order for brisket nachos, the staff separated the cheese and brisket from the nachos so they didn’t get soggy. That is service!! I have heard the ribs are excellent but have not tried them yet, sides are also excellent.
